Creative Ingredients is holding a workshop conducted by Australia’s leading gelato technician
John Crowl (Cow & The Moon – Sydney)
The presentation will cover, hot & cold processes, milk & water bases with the use of Sagi Blast Chillers, Bravo Trittico Gelato Machines & Frigomeccanica Display Cabinets.
John & Saverio will demonstrate how to decorate finished products and involve you in the gelato making process on the day.
Final products will be available for tasting and a door prize given to one lucky winner!
