The only machine in the world that simultaneously mixes, pasteurizes and whisks - a complete machine producing confectionery, gastronomic and ice cream specialties. Easy to use, Trittico EXECUTIVE performs different manufacturing processes through multiple programs to obtain any type of ice cream, mousse, Bavarian cream, jam, sauce, béchamel, poached fruit as well as tempering chocolate. There is also a manual program that allows you to make whatever you like according to your own specifications. Trittico was born 35 years ago and is a milestone in the history of Bravo and in that of the ice cream industry. The mixture is mixed in the upper tub and taken to the pasteurising or cooking temperature, thus destroying bacteria. The hot mixture passes directly into the whisking freezer, a hygienically safe environment protected from the outside, where it starts to freeze. This thermic shock has two results: the danger of bacterial pollution is avoided and a perfectly smooth mixture is obtained. This mixture is taken to the temperature of 10/11 degrees below zero in as little as 10 minutes, turning it into delicious, thick and mellow ice cream. |
