Recently we held our first “Gelato Master Class” & our first “Introduction to Gelato” class, both of which were a resounding success.
Both classes were led by Cow & the Moon’s John Crowl. John is an industry leader who is constantly hard at work creating new and interesting flavours that continue to surprise and entice. When he isn’t busy working in his store or winning numerous awards at Sydney Royal show were able to get him down to share his artisanal skills.
Our “Introduction to Gelato” class is specifically designed for those people who are thinking of opening up a Gelataria or starting to produce Gelato in their existing business.
The “Gelato Master Class” on the other hand is explicitly for those people that have a strong grasp of how to make Gelato and want to learn how to further develop their recipes and diversify their range of products while maximising sales.
We will be running these classes throughout the year so please register your interest and we will let you know when the next one will be held.
